Use of Services
By engaging with Bedrock, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any project that conflicts with our values or violates applicable law.
Project Agreements
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver our services, send project updates, and improve how we work. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work produced by Bedrock for a client becomes the property of that client. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your project agreement. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Limitation of Liability
Bedrock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
